Funnyman Jimmy Fallon expressed his gratitude after his talk show Late Night with Jimmy Fallon was nominated for Outstanding Variety, Music, or Comedy Series.

Later in the day, Jimmy released an official statement regarding his nomination.

Another Modern Family star, Jesse Tyler Ferguson is nominated in the Best Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series category for his portrayal of Mitchell Pritchett.

After announcing the major Emmy nominations, Aaron Paul discovered he also was nominated in the Best Supporting Actor in a Drama Series category for Breaking Bad.

Scandal received two nominatons for acting. The second went to actor Dan Bucatinsky in the Best Guest Actor in a Drama Series category.
Twitter aside, 30 Rock stars Alec Baldwin and Jane Krakowski are also excited and grateful for their nominations.
"It's days like this that make me miss 30 Rock. Many thanks to everyone that nominated me," Alec said in a statement.
Jane is equally as thrilled as her co-star.
“This is such an incredible way to celebrate ‘30 Rock's’ final season. I can't wait to go to the Emmys with my cast mates and dance like no one’s watching!”
Parks and Recreation star Amy Poehler appreciates her nomination as well.

So You Think You Can Dance earned 7 Emmy nominations today. Executive Producer Nigel Lythgoe was honored to find out his show had earned so many nominations.
“I am honored to see So You Think You Can Dance recognized with 7 new EMMY nominations. So You Think You Can Dance has allowed me to share my love of dance, provide opportunities to thousands of aspiring dancers, and inspire millions more to make dance a part of their lives. We reached out to Congress and launched National Dance Day to encourage children to dance and to get active and healthy in the process. Since the show premiered in 2005, we have adapted localized versions of it for over 25 nations around the world – a testament to the universal power of dance. Host Cat Deeley was also excited to receive a nomination for Outstanding Host in a Reality or Reality-Competition Program.

Congratulations to all of the nominees! The 65th Primetime Emmy Awards will be held on Sunday, September 22nd at the Nokia Theater in Hollywood. It will be broadcast on CBS and be hosted by none other than Neil Patrick Harris.
