Police talked to Lindsay Lohan about a theft at the house where she was staying.

Lindsay Lohan just can’t seem to keep herself out of trouble.
The embattled starlet was questioned by police on Monday following a reported theft at a home where she was staying.
The 26-year-old actress was a guest at the Hollywood Hills house following a small party there. However, the morning after, the homeowner discovered some expensive pieces of jewelry, including several watches, were missing, and called the police.
According to reports, Lindsay and other party-goers were questioned, and she is not suspect at this time. However, the owner of the home believes the accessories may have been stolen by two guys Lindsay had brought with her to the party.
Police are currently investigating.
This is not the first time that the Mean Girls star has been caught up in such a situation. Just last year she was convicted of a misdemeanor theft charge after allegedly stealing a necklace from a Venice, Calif., boutique.
