Miley Cyrus has always been thin, but has her dieting hit a new extreme?
In a recent photo, the former Disney star is seen blowing a kiss and posing in a Rad and Refined tube top and daisy dukes, but it's impossible not to notice how skinny her waist and legs look. Not to mention, her super-tiny jean shorts leave a noticable gap around her tummy.
Last week, the entertainer, who’s on a very gluten free diet, was honest with her 11 million+ Twitter followers about eating a slice of pizza and regretting it.

“Tooooo. Muuuuch. Pizzzzza. Back on the health train tomorrow #cheatnight,” she wrote on Jan. 24. “You can’t always control what goes on outside. But you can always control what goes on inside.”
She continued, “I now remember why I never eat pizza…#glutenized…gluten is poisoning me. Your stomach has a brain too.”
The 20-year-old was so mad at herself for indulging that she kept complaining about it on the social media network. “Ate to much pizza and French fries. Yoga and a swim in the a.m.”

New shots of the star have also been circulating the web that show her doing yoga on the Costa Rican beaches... perhaps it's her post-guilt regimen?
Ten months ago, the star, who’s engaged to Liam Hemsworth, denied reports she was anorexic after she started flaunting a much slimmer body.
“For everyone calling me anorexic I have a gluten and lactose allergey,” she wrote on Twitter. “It’s not about weight it’s about health. Gluten is crapppp anyway!”

Even her pilates instructor, Mari Winsor, came to her defense.
“I think people need to chill out. She’s healthy and feels good, that’s the main thing. She’s smart about her body,” Mari shared.
