Lohan Lohan was arrested early this morning in New York City after fleeing the scene of an accident.
The 26-year-old actress hit a pedestrian around 12:30 a.m. while trying to park her Porsche Cayenne in an alley next door to Manhattan's Dream Downtown hotel.
"Lindsay struck a guy in the knee while parking,” a source tells In Touch.
Lindsay left the club around 2:30 a.m. and was greeted by police who were waiting to arrest her. She was taken to the 10th Precinct and issued a desk appearance ticket.
Although the victim — who is said to be an employee at the restaurant next door — didn’t have any visible injuries, he was taken to the hospital.
Judge Stephanie Sautner has yet to comment on Lindsay’s arrest, but sources say that the incident could count as a probation violation in the troubled star’s jewelry theft case, landing her back in court.
