Watch out, Lady Gaga - Lana Del Rey thinks you suck! Or at least she used to.
Earlier this week “So Legit,” a song written by Lana in 2009, leaked on the Internet and in it, the indie singer attacks Lady Gaga!

"Stefani [Lady Gaga’s real name] you suck / I know you're selling 20 million / Wish they could've seen you / When we booed you off in Williamsburg / You're hurt / I know my words don't hurt yeah / Oh girl I see you walking round / In your pearls / Thinking that you're number one / You're so funny / Cause honey you're not."
Before both 27-year-old starlets gained their claim to fame, they were actually both close friends on the New York music scene. Something must have created a rift between the two women, considering “So Legit” was written prior to the release of Lana’s first album Born to Die.
Regardless of what is actually happening, Lana and Gaga’s relationship is rather peculiar. Last year the two singers spent the night together watching old movies and playing board games with Lindsay Lohan at LA’s Chateau Marmont.

"You're looking like a man, you're talking like a baby / How the fuck is your song / In a Coke commercial crazy / I don't get it / Your taste once exquisite / What happened to Brooklyn? / What happened to New York? / What happened to my scene? / What happened to punk rock?"
In response to the song, Lana has been receiving a lot of harsh criticism on Twitter from fans of the “Born This Way” singer. The “Video Games” crooner has yet to release a statement regarding the old song.
"You called me the queen / Of the downtown scene babe / How the fuck would you go / Switch it up and then replace me? / I don't get it / I'm so legit."
