Khloé Kardashian and Lamar Odom may be LA royalty, but they’re in some serious hot water with the State of New York!
After the youngest Kardashian, 28, was photographed wearing a shirt from her and her husband Lamar’s clothing line, Rich Soil, New York’s Governor, Andrew Cuomo, recognized the emblem on the shirt— one that’s virtually identical to the seal of The NY Department of Agriculture.
The $35 dollar t-shirt reads “Rich Soil New York” within a logo depicting the Statue of Liberty. And according to The Daily News, Cuomo has state officials taking action because the duo may be in violation of copyright law.

An attorney for the Department of Agriculture wrote to the high-end clothing line, asserting, “The State of New York has invested substantial time, effort and resources creating the respect and goodwill associated with the trademark."
The couple have also received a cease and desist letter to stop all advertising and sales of the shirt, in addition to providing New York State with information about how much they’ve profited from the merchandise.
While Khloé and Lamar have yet to comment about their 'borrowed' logo, the brand has since removed the t-shirt from their website.
The good news: she's still getting less heat about what she's wearing than her sister, Kim.
