Bill and Giuliana are ready for baby!

Bill and Giuliana Rancic are ready for baby! The Giuliana & Bill stars are expecting the birth of their first child (via a gestational carrier)—at a moment's notice.
"Heading out for a hike with @GiulianaRancic here in Colorado. Can't go too far. Waiting for that call any day now!" Bill wrote on Twitter Tuesday morning. "Can't wait!" responded Guiliana, who's been on maternity leave from hosting E! News since Aug. 17.
It was a rocky road to conception for the couple, as Giuliana suffered a miscarriage in 2010 and learned she had breast cancer last October while preparing for fertility treatments. But they didn't give up, opting to try to conceive with embryos they had frozen prior to Giuliana's diagnosis with the help of a gestational carrier, who unlike a surrogate mother, isn't genetically related to the child in her womb.
Their prayers were answered when they found out one of the embryos had taken and resulted in a pregnancy. Says Giuliana: "It was pretty much one of the best moments of my life, if not the best moment of my life."
