It’s a baby girl for Gisele Bündchen and Tom Brady!
The Victoria’s Secret supermodel and New England Patriots quarterback welcomed a daughter on Dec. 5, confirming their exciting news on the beauty’s Facebook page this morning.
“We feel so lucky to have been able to experience the miracle of birth once again and are forever grateful for the opportunity to be the parents of another little angel,” Gisele wrote, along with a sweet photo of the baby’s hand clutching hers. “Vivian Lake was born at home on December 5. She is healthy and full of life.”
The new baby joins big brother Benjamin, 2, and half-brother John, 5, who is Tom’s son from his previous relationship with actress Bridget Moynahan.
And while Gisele is no stranger to motherhood, she welcomes it all over again with little Vivian.
"Being committed to building a family, becoming a mother and raising a child with love and awareness is for me, the single biggest responsibility a woman could have," the model admitted back in 2010. "Giving birth was the most intense and life-changing experience of my life... I never felt so vulnerable but so strong at the same time."
Gisele, who married hubby Tom in February 2009, continued to thank her Facebook fans for their constant presence throughout her pregnancy.
“Thank you all for your support and well wishes,” Gisele added. “We wish you and your families many blessings.”
