What a wonderful early Christmas present for Claire Danes and Hugh Dancy: a new baby boy!
The pair are officially parents after welcoming their first child, a son named Cyrus Michael Christopher Dancy, on Monday, Dec. 17. A rep for the pair confirmed the birth of their son two days later.

After announcing her pregnancy in July, the Homeland star has been fairly private about the baby, including staying mum about the sex of their child.
It’s a big year for the new mom, who also won an Emmy in September for her role as bi-polar CIA agent Carrie Matheson on the Showtime hit. She's also been nominated for a Golden Globe for the role! The 33-year-old will face off against Nashville's Connie Britton, Damages star Glenn Close, Downton Abbey's Michelle Dockery and The Good Wife's Julianna Margulies in the Best Performance by an Actress in a Television Series — Drama category.
