No one saw this coming! Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds are officially married.
The couple said “I do” on Sept. 9 at the Boone Hall Plantation in Mount Pleasant, S.C., located near Charleston.
The small private ceremony took place under a large white tent, where guests — including Bette Midler, Christian Louboutin and Blake’s mother and sister – enjoyed a live performance by the Gossip Girl star’s close friend Florence Welch (of Florence and the Machine).
Since taking their relationship public in Oct. 2011, Blake and Ryan have kept their relationship private, staying mum when it comes to each other. However, earlier this year, the duo bought a home in Bedford, N.Y., a small town located just outside New York City.
This is the first marriage for Blake and the second marriage for Ryan – whose divorce from Scarlett Johansson was finalized in July 2011.
