Just when we couldn’t love Adam Levine more—seriously, just look at him—he had to go on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and be really romantic and adorable.
The judge of The Voice commented on his now-infamous statements explaining why he wasn’t rushing to the altar (despite his collection of Victoria’s Secret model exes), and how his fiancée Behati Prinsloo changed his mind.
“Famous last word, ‘I’ll never get married,’” he told Jay Leno with a grin. “I still don’t necessarily think you have to get married unless you met someone that makes you want to marry them. And then you marry them and it’s wonderful.”
Earlier this year, the Maroon 5 crooner told Nylon Men that he didn’t want to get married because “if you can’t get married you can’t divorced.’
Of course, Jay also asked Adam about his close relationship with co-host Blake Shelton, and whether or not he’d consider their relationship a “bromance.”
“It’s such a strange term, because it has romantic implications, so no,’ he explained. “Like Bro! No mance! Just bro… no mance. Okay, fine, bromance!”
