The latest car accident for Amanda Bynes comes just four months after she got a DUI.

Amanda Bynes was involved in another fender-bender Monday night — this time in the San Fernando Valley.
According to reports, Amanda’s rental car — her BMW is currently in the body shop getting work done — was struck around 8 p.m.
The driver of the other car claims that the 26-year-old is at fault after making a careless maneuver that caused the accident.
Police were called to the scene but no citations were issued.
This accident is just one of many for the former child star over the past six months. She was arrested on suspicion of DUI on April 6 (she pled not guilty), and was also accused of hit-and-run incidents on May 5 and May 27.
Another collision took place on Aug. 4 and is currently under investigation by the LA City Attorney, who is deciding whether or not to charge the out-of-work actress with a misdemeanor hit-and-run.
