Excuse us if we're having trouble keeping count of Amanda Bynes' multiple medical procedures – because the troubled star Tweeted today that she's having more surgery!
"I'm having surgery today on my nose!" she announced. "I'm going to post a video of some of the procedure on my twitter!"
The Easy A star has Tweeted at length about how much she hated the "birth defect" on her face.
"I was born with a webbing between my eyes," she explained on June 19, after admitting that she was between surgeries and her eyes were black and blue. "It was a birth defect that I had surgically removed! I've never been more excited! Now I need a few more surgeries to shave the bridge down to correct the rest of my nose so I can start the next chapter of my career! Music!"
But the multiple nose surgeries aren't the only work she's had done this month. Amanda admitted that she had her breast implants removed in early June, just weeks after posting a series of provocative topless pics of herself on Twitter. "They were uncomfortable," she told RadarOnline. "I prefer them out."
"She's become addicted to the confidence each surgery gives her," a source tells Radar.
But addiction specialist Dr. Damon Raskin tells FoxNews that these multiple surgeries are a worrying sign of a bigger problem and says that Amanda "is clearly showing signs of body dysmorphic disorder, and she urgently needs psychiatric evaluation."
