For every pound Rob Kardashian gains, Kris Jenner sees dollar signs.

The 26-year-old, who gained 40 pounds since splitting from Rita Ora in December, is ready to lose the weight he gained— but his Momager has other plans.

An insider close to the Kardashian family tells In Touch that Rob’s mother, Kris Jenner, 57, wanted her son to gain as much weight as possible just so she could launch a weight-loss campaign for him.

“Kris is hoping to get a deal for him,” says the source. “She told him the bigger he got, the more money they could make.”

Rob, who admitted on the Feb. 17 episode of Kourtney and Kim Take Miami that he was coping with his newfound single status through “comfort food and random sex,” has been recently seen out and about in LA hiking and sweating with his sis, Khloé Kardashian

While fellow celebrities like Jessica Simpson and Jennifer Hudson became successful ambassadors for Weight Watchers, racking in millions of dollars while they shed the pounds that started holding them back, it seems Rob’s already chosen his path— the running one!
