It’s safe to say former Dance Moms star, Abby Lee Miller, isn’t too optimistic about her jail sentence! Just days before the 50-year-old was carted off to prison, she sat down with The View‘s Jedediah Bila in an exclusive interview set to air July 25.

On July 12, the reality star reported to her new home for the next 366 days — a federal prison — located in Victorville, CA, less than two months after she was sentenced. She was indicted for fraud in October 2015 after allegedly creating a secret bank account to hide nearly $1 million worth of income from her Lifetime series and other projects during her Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings. In December 2010, she filed for bankruptcy after owing more than $400,000 in taxes.

According to Radar Online, the former Lifetime star is already being put to work — she ‘s scrubbing toilets for just 12 cents an hour. “Abby Lee is cleaning the unit bathrooms with the other new women right now, and it seems to be what the staff will have her do for the next several weeks. She was ordered to clean the toilets on Friday and Saturday,” the insider revealed. “She is making 12 cents an hour right now and that is the maximum money that she can make while at Victorville,” they added.

If you couldn’t already tell from that bit of information, her first few days in the slammer haven’t been so great. “She stayed in her bunk every single day and the other prisoners came by to look at her. She was afraid to venture into the TV rooms because she is trying to avoid any confrontation.” Only 359 days to go!
