Let the countdown begin! In November, Teen Mom OG star Catelynn Baltierra shocked fans when she announced that she was checking into rehab after experiencing suicidal thoughts. Now, her husband Tyler Baltierra is revealing that she’s heading home on Friday, Dec 15.

In an Instagram post Monday, Cate’s sweet hubby announced the exciting news. “Cate gets out of treatment this Friday & we can’t wait!” he wrote. “We have been in Arizona for the past 2 weeks visiting her every Sunday. I have taken a break from everything & chose to really take this time for me & Nova… without her mom around, she needs me & my devoted attention. Family always comes first! But when we get back I’m in full swing for @tierrareign & going to be restocking NEW ITEMS! Thanks to all of you for your support! #TierraReign.” We’re so happy to hear!

Tyler has been open about the fact that taking care of their daughter, Nova — who turns three next month — and running a full-time job alone hasn’t been easy. On Dec. 1, he took to social media to reveal that their little one was extremely ill. “Well been up since 2 a.m. with Nova because she is puking every hour it seems. No one ever tells you how heartbreaking it is to see your child vomiting in agony like that. Poor baby, it looks like just cuddles & movies for us today.” Such a good daddy!

Despite the difficulties, the 25-year-old has been by his wife’s side every step of the way. On Thanksgiving, the official Teen Mom OG Twitter account shared a video clip featuring Catelynn and her co-stars Maci Bookout and Amber Portwood, and the ladies gushed over how grateful they were to have each other as friends. But all Tyler could focus on was his wife.

“My god! My wife looks absolutely beautiful in this #HappyThanksgiving Teen Mom clip! It’s going to be a rough holiday without being able to kiss her [and] tell her how thankful I am for her, but we have a strong resilience crafted by our past, we got this!” he wrote. Ugh, #goals. We’re so proud of you, Cate!

Teen Mom OG airs Mondays at 9 p.m. EST on MTV.
