Red Bull doesn’t actually give you wings. What the can of caffeinated goodness will give you is $10 — or $15 worth of Red Bull products — if you bought one of their drinks in the past 12 years.

The energy drink giant settled a false advertising lawsuit, and agreed to pay $13 million to American consumers.

Drinkers sued Red Bull, claiming that their infamous slogan — “Red Bull gives you wings” — is misleading because, you know, it doesn’t literally give you wings. Nor does it deliver on the promise of increased performance, concentration or speed as the slogan would suggest, as such claims aren’t backed up by any scientific evidence.

If you purchased Red Bull between Jan. 1, 2002 and Oct. 3, 2014, you can claim your $10 (or $15 worth of products) by registering here.

Cheers!
