As hard as it is to remember, there was once a time when Kim Kardashian wasn’t famous… But apparently, the 34-year-old — who celebrated her birthday yesterday, Oct. 21 — always knew she was going to be a star. And a recently unearthed video from her middle school graduation proves it.
In the tape, a 13-year-old Kim asks whoever is recording it, “Does everyone get a tape of this? I hope you do so you can see me when I’m famous and remember me as this beautiful little girl!”
She goes on to say she the “dopest of the ropest of the class” and “more popular than Lisa,” who we’re sure is kicking herself right about now.
As far as being the “dopest of the ropest,” whatever that means, we know her husband Kanye West agrees — as the usually social media silent rapper took to Twitter yesterday to wish the reality star a happy birthday, and thank her “for being the dopest wife and mom!”

Of course, the “Yeezus” rapper understands his wife’s ambitious nature and thirst for fame.
Last year, a 2002 MTV interview with a pre-fame Kanye surfaced, in which he talks about his big plans for a super successful career — a fate that he correctly predicted.

“I feel like if I do what I’m supposed to do, people are gonna look back like, ‘Man, remember [that] dude used to just make beats for people?’ I’m trying to get to that point where I can drop my last name off, you know what I’m saying? Seriously,” a young Kanye gushes in the video.
“I don’t want to jinx myself or nothing, but I’ma take this opportunity. Like, I got some songs, I got some stuff in my heart that the world needs to hear.”
