Shortly after Tyga made news for turning Sir Paul McCartney away from a post-Grammys party hosted by the rapper (yes, this is an actual thing that happened…), the 26-year-old has come up with an excuse for the snub: It was the fire marshal’s fault that the former Beatle, 73, didn’t get in.
“I had no knowledge; I was, like, inside performing,” he told Jimmy Kimmel on the comedian’s eponymous late night show. “I wish I would have known he was outside. I would have went outside with the mic, brought him in to perform ‘Rack City’ with me.”

Well, this confirms two very important things: 1. Tyga is self aware enough to know that “Rack City” is the only song of his we know; and 2. Tyga is also delusional enough to think Sir Paul would share the stage to sing his song about strippers.
That said, Kylie Jenner’s on-again, off-again boyfriend seemed sincere about the mishap when he addressed it on Twitter.
Why would I deny @PaulMcCartney stop it. He's a legend 🙏🏾— T-Raww (@Tyga) February 16, 2016

Well, who knows — maybe these two really will share the stage in 2016.
In the meantime, we’ll keep our fingers crossed for flying pigs, Hell freezing over and a French Montana/Ringo Starr collab…
