In what may have been the highlight of Stormy Daniels' explosive interview with In Touch, the porn star revealed that Donald Trump really, really, really hates shark. However, in the ultimate twist of fate, it seems his dislike for the underwater predator has spurred an increase in donations to shark charities — proving sharks have a higher approval rating than the President of the United States.

"We have been receiving donations in Trump’s name," Cynthia Wilgren, CEO of the Atlantic White Shark Conservancy, told MarketWatch. "It can certainly be a challenge to raise money for a species that most people fear." Captain Paul Watson, the founder of the Sea Shepherd Conservation Society, also noticed an increase in donations, adding, "Anything that focuses attention on the plight of sharks worldwide is valuable, so I guess in that way the president did good service."

Stormy (real name: Stephanie Clifford) uncovered The Apprentice host's vendetta against sharks when she detailed an encounter they had during their years-long affair, which started just months after the birth of his son Barron with wife Melania Trump. "The strangest thing about that night — this was the best thing ever. You could see the television from the little dining room table and he was watching 'Shark Week' and he was watching a special about the U.S.S. something and it sank and it was like the worst shark attack in history," she said. "He is obsessed with sharks. Terrified of sharks. He was like, 'I donate to all these charities and I would never donate to any charity that helps sharks. I hope all the sharks die.' He was like riveted. He was like obsessed. It’s so strange, I know."

Donald, 71, also tweeted about his intense dislike of sharks a few years later, writing, "Sorry folks, I'm just not a fan of sharks — and don't worry, they will be around long after we are gone," and "Sharks are last on my list — other than perhaps the losers and haters of the world!" Sigh, at least something good came from the Donald's latest scandal.
