Where is the time going?! Little People, Big World star Zach Roloff and his wife Tori Roloff were the first in their family to welcome a child together and we can hardly believe that it’s been eight months since their son was born. Baby Jackson is getting cuter and bigger by the day, and his mama Tori took to Instagram to share an update on his progress.

“And somehow Jackson is [eight] months old,” the 26-year-old wrote in the caption. “This stage is hands down my favorite (so far). He’s so happy and smiley all the time and I fall more in love with him every. Single. Day.”

… and somehow Jackson is 8 months old. This stage is hands down my favorite (so far). He’s so happy and smiley all the time and I fall more in love with him every. Single. Day. Here’s what we’ve been up to this month: Had our first Christmas (and all the fun that’s comes with that)🎄 We slept through our first New Years 🎉 We can sit up on our own for like 20 seconds (or until we get distracted usually by our feet) 💪🏼 We have FOUR teeth 👅 We are crawling!!!! (Or scooting depending on how you look at it) 👶🏻 We’re still sleeping like a professional 💤 We LOVE eating. 🍎🥑🍼 Jackson says “dada” on a regular basis but moms not counting it until he figures out what he’s actually saying. 🗣 We love you Baby J. You make our world brighter every day. 💛 Ps. You’re new “squishy face” melts me daily. #zandtpartyofthree #babyjroloff

She continued to reveal details about everything that’s happened in baby J’s life within the past month and it all sounds like he had so much fun and hit some very important milestones. Baby J got to celebrate his first-ever Christmas and New Year’s Eve — even though he slept through New Year’s, according to his mama. He can also sit up on his own for as long as 20 seconds, he has grown four teeth and he’s also beginning to crawl. Baby J also loves to sleep and eat and he’s even talking more!

“Jackson says ‘dada’ on a regular basis but mom’s not counting it until he figures out what he’s actually saying,” Tori wrote. “We love you Baby J. You make our world brighter every day. Ps. You’re [sic] new “squishy face” melts me daily.”

So cute! Tori loves to share updates on her son’s growth, and fans are hoping that each update will continue to be positive considering all of the health issues that Jackson can face as he gets older since he was diagnosed with achondroplasia, which is the same type of dwarfism that Jackson’s daddy Zach has. But the couple is prepared to parent Jackson throughout any obstacle that comes his way.

“You have to encourage a dwarf child a little more because it will take them five steps to do what others can do in two,” Zach, 27, previously explained. “But I knew, dwarf or not, I was going to parent my child with the mentality that not everyone gets a trophy. You have to earn it.”
