On Jan. 10, at the Comedy Central panel for Broad City—a new series that Amy is executive producing—the Parks & Rec funny lady revealed to the Television Critics Association how she’s able to balance hosting duties, her hit TV show, working behind the scenes on a new show and raising a family.
“I just have a series of doubles,” Amy revealed. “I may or may not be Amy Poehler sitting in front of you.”

There was one secret Amy wasn’t willing to give up… what we should expect to see this coming Sunday!
“I don’t know, you’ll have to wait and see,” she teased. “I can’t spoil anything. But we’re getting excited to do it.”
So what if Amy can't tell us what's going to happen at the show? We've come up with our own prediction -- check out six things we think you should look for this Sunday!
Last year, Amy and Tina made up a drinking game for celebrities—and viewers at home!—to play while watching; in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, they updated the rules! Tina added, “If Bryan Cranston speaks, everybody has to do a little bit of meth.”
Last year, Tina singled out Taylor Swift (and her many, many relationships) by telling her to “stay away from Michael J. Fox’s son.” Tay fired back, repeating to a Katie Couric quote to Vanity Fair, “There’s a special place in hell for women who don’t help other women.”
Tina and Amy have the stage again—we can’t see what they come back with!
When Neil Patrick Harris hosted the Emmys, Tina and Amy heckled him from the audience and asked him to twerk. He said he wouldn’t because it would be “degrading”—which Amy replied to by saying, “Degrading, or would we be de-grateful?!”
It would only be fair if they twerked on Sunday… just sayin’!
One of Amy and Tina’s best jokes from last year happened in their early in the show, during the opening monologue! And it was directed at television stars—even though they’re the stars of Parks & Rec and 30 Rock!
“Only at the Golden Globes do the beautiful people of film rub shoulders with the rat-faced people of television!”
Goes to show nothing is off limits!
Fresh off a divorce from Will Arnett, Amy Poehler got to live everyone’s fantasy and snuggle up to George Clooney at last year’s show! We wonder who she’ll pick this time around!
In the promos for this year’s Golden Globes, Tina and Amy tease that they’re practicing their opening number for the show—and it’s not totally off limits! After all, NBC is the network that brought us The Sound of Music Live!
