Meet Penelope “Penny” Charlevoix Gnoffo!
Terra and Joe welcomed their oldest on March 16, 2015. Almost immediately after her birth, the proud new mom dubbed her baby girl a “miracle child” due to the strenuous pregnancy and difficult delivery. Even before Penny was born, Terra had grave concerns for her daughter, who inherited her mother’s form of dwarfism, and her development in the womb.

Thankfully, she was born without any of the complications that Terra feared — but that doesn’t mean that raising a child with special needs has been easy. As fans saw on Terra’s Little Family, Terra had to stay strong as her daughter had surgery on her skull.
Since her surgery, thankfully, Penny has been thriving!
Meet Grayson Vincent Gnoffo!
Last August, Penny became a proud big sister to her baby brother Grayson Vincent Gnoffo! His parents decided to keep his gender a secret until he was born, and Terra described the moment Joe shouted out “it’s a boy!” as the “best moment of 2016!”

As of October, Terra was unsure if her son was a little person — but made it clear that all that matters to her is that her children are happy and healthy.
Right on, mama!
What does the future look like for Terra and Joe?
Apparently, the parents-of-two can’t agree on whether or not they want to have more kids!
“If it’s up to Joe, he’s pretty sure No. 2 will be the end,” Terra told In Touch ahead of Gray’s arrival. “If it’s up to me, I would love a big family — three to four kids would be great!”
