The time has come for Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice to face the parenting police!

The reality star's 16-year-old daughter, Gia Giudice, is under fire after promoting a weight loss shake on her Instagram account — and some fans are even accused Teresa of exploiting her daughter for money!

"Are you a little young to be concerned about 'losing weight?'" one user asked.

"She's lovely and tiny but don't you think [she's] so young to push a weight drink?" another agreed.

A third chimed in with, "When your mom makes you sell your soul."

However, others were quick to encourage the young star to steer away from such weight loss regimens.

"Gia you are beautiful you don't need to have shakes there is nothing wrong with you," said a fan.

"You look great," a second wrote. "Strong young lady you are both physically and mentally."

This is hardly the first time Gia has caused a stir on her Instagram account. Back in October, she introduced fans to her new boyfriend — who some felt might be too old for her given that he's two years her senior.

While her father, Joe Giudice, made her promise to wait to start dating until he was released from prison, it sounds like the rest of her family already gave their seals of approval.

"[Gia] likes to keep her private life private, but they go to school together. He’s a senior, and he’s a great kid. He’s amazing," Teresa previously told The Daily Dish.

Her uncle Joe Gorga also shared his thoughts about the young man in an interview with Radar Online.

"I just had to meet her boyfriend for the first time and that was tough for me. I like the guy. She chose a really nice guy so I'm okay with it," he explained.

She seems like she's enjoying her teens!
