Hopefully their finances are much better these days!
According to a new report, Larry and Evelyn McKinney — the parents of Teen Mom OG star Maci Bookout's baby daddy Taylor McKinney — once filed for bankruptcy.
‘Radar Online’ claims the couple filed papers on Sept. 21, 2005 — at the time they allegedly had a mere $37.88 in the bank, and owed nearly $200,000 to various creditors.
Larry, a self-employed air conditioner installer, and Evelyn, a teacher, claimed to make only $12,450 per month, which wasn’t enough to cover their $16,416 monthly expenses.

Fortunately, they were reportedly granted a discharge in January 2006 — which means they were no longer legally required to pay the funds owed.

Maci is no stranger to financial troubles.
Last June, ‘In Touch Weekly’ exclusively revealed the 23-year-old star was hit with a tax lien, stating that she owed the IRS nearly $80,000.
