Teen Mom OG Recap: Maci Bookout and Taylor McKinney Get Marriage Counseling

Everyone’s favorite Teen Mom OG couple, Maci Bookout, 25, and Taylor McKinney, 28, are heading to marriage counseling.

The reality stars have shown no signs of there being any trouble in paradise, but when the cameras stop rolling, Maci admitted to drunken fights with her hubby.

“Obviously having three kids is catching up to us,” she said during a recent episode. “85 percent of the time we’re good to go. The 15 percent is hell.”

The pair have been married for less than a year but decided to seek counseling to “fix it before it gets too bad to fix,” which Taylor agreed was a good idea.

“I want to be able to help him understand what I’m feeling without saying it in such an a–hole way,” Maci said when the two were at their first session.

The couple wed in October 2016 and share children Jayde, 2 and Maverick, 1. Maci also has a son Bentley, 8, from a previous relationship with ex Ryan Edwards.

Ryan has been making headlines recently after heading to rehab — reportedly for a second time.

“He wasn’t interested in rehab. We had to drag him there the first time. He never said he wanted to get better, he just wanted the withdrawals to stop,” ex ex-girlfriend Dalis Connell revealed, adding she was the one to tell his parents, Jen and Larry.

“His mom was 100 percent in denial. His dad was the one that pulled the secret out of me. That’s why he went to rehab. His dad had been fed up. I drove there that night and we had an intervention.”
