‘Teen Mom OG’ Stars Share Emotional Messages for Their Kids — Watch!

Is someone chopping onions in here — or is that just the girls of Teen Mom OG making us cry?!

The new season of the hit MTV reality show returns in less than a week — so, naturally, MTV decided now was a good time to pull at our heartstrings by gathering Farrah Abraham, Amber Portwood, Maci Bookout, and Catelynn Lowell and having them share emotional messages for their little ones, many of whom are already eight-years-old (aka halfway to the age their moms were when they had them as teenagers)!

Amber promises Leah won’t make her mistakes

“You were just born, and you opened your eyes for a split second — and stopped crying and looked at me — that I will never forget,” Amber gushed to her daughter, before praising her for her ambitions — which include being an astronaut and being president. “I know you’re going to do big things.”

Amber’s tone turned somber when she opened up about her past mistakes — including a stint behind bars.

“I get a lot of inspiration from watching you grow. And you make me a better person,” she told her daughter before promising that she’ll “explain later” why she wasn’t always there for her daughter. “But you’re not going to mess up like I did. And I will make sure of that.”

Farrah breaks down telling Soph she’s “seriously thankful”

“Holding you for the first time, I [was] overwhelmed by how much love, and how happy I am, and how proud I am that I made it through labor and I have a happy/healthy baby — and you’re so amazing,” Farrah gushed before the waterworks set in.

“I’m just seriously thankful that you have helped me become the best mom that I can be — it makes my heart proud and it makes me happy living every day.”

Catelynn warns Nova: “Don’t make me a grandma!”

During her interview, Catelynn couldn’t help but share how exciting it was to watch Nova, 2, take her first steps — but admitted that it’s all moving so fast!

“I can’t wait to sit back and watch you blossom into a young lady, a tween, a woman — scary!” she teased. “Don’t make me a grandma. I’m just kidding, you can make me a grandma — but I have to be old!”

Maci promises not to take her time with Bentley for granted

“You are halfway to 16 — which is the age that I was when I was pregnant with you,” Maci tells her oldest child. “It makes me feel like I need to appreciate all the time we have.”

Earlier in the video, Maci — who has since welcomed two more kids — admitted that Benny’s first day of kindergarten “killed” her because “you were my baby — but you weren’t my baby anymore!”

So sweet!
