And the best part is, there's no shame in their game! These ladies' plastic surgery transformations have been all laid down on the table. In fact, each of these women have been super vocal about going under the knife.
"I’ve hated my nose since I was 13,” Farrah Abraham explained after getting a nose job. "I don’t have to hate anything on my face ever again. I feel gorgeous! I hate that my surgeries cost this much, but it was worth it. There was pain, but it was very worth it."
Farrah's not the only Teen Mom alum who has shared her plastic surgery experiences. In fact, many of the show's reality stars have turned to surgery in order to alter their bodies and in turn, increase their confidence.

Jenelle's face and body have undergone drastic changes throughout the years. Not only has she copped to getting multiple breast augmentations, but she's also gotten temporary lip fillers.
“It’s not permanent," she told Us Weekly regarding her lip fillers, "so it doesn’t matter what people say about my lips, even if I got them done, because they can go back to normal."
Some fans have noticed how much her face has changed, but Jenelle has always accredited it to exercise. "Sweating and working out is paying off," she tweeted back in 2015.
