The leading ladies of MTV’s Teen Mom franchise have been subject to a whole lot of drama since the series first debuted in 2009. We’ve seen Farrah Abraham struggle with her role as a single mom, Amber Portwood battle with domestic violence and abuse allegations, Jenelle Evans‘ custody battle with her mother as well as countless relationship struggles, and Kailyn Lowry‘s tumultuous on-and-off relationship and subsequent divorce from ex-husband Javi.

And the best part is, there’s no shame in their game! These ladies’ plastic surgery transformations have been all laid down on the table. In fact, each of these women have been super vocal about going under the knife.

“I’ve hated my nose since I was 13,” Farrah Abraham explained after getting a nose job. “I don’t have to hate anything on my face ever again. I feel gorgeous! I hate that my surgeries cost this much, but it was worth it. There was pain, but it was very worth it.”

Farrah’s not the only Teen Mom alum who has shared her plastic surgery experiences. In fact, many of the show’s reality stars have turned to surgery in order to alter their bodies and in turn, increase their confidence.
