When it rains, it pours for Teen Mom 2 star Leah Messer.
The reality TV star has been dealing with a lot this year, from expensive medical care for daughter Aliannah (who suffers from an incurable form of muscular dystrophy), to a custody battle with ex husband Corey Simms. And her current marriage Jeremey Calvert isn't in the best shape, as he publicly claimed she's been cheating on him with an ex!
Now, Radar Online has revealed their money woes were so bad, the state hit them with a $10,000 tax lien. According to documents the site obtained, the couple were reportedly given a tax lien in the amount of $10,598 from the state of West Virginia back in March.
The lien was paid off earlier this summer, but Leah later admitted to struggling with finances and high medical bills.
Despite her woes, the reality star has allegedly been spending up to $600 a week on drugs, which include Vicodin, Percocet and Oxycodone. “She’s picked up 30 to 40 pills at a time from me,” a source claiming to be the Teen Mom’s drug dealer exclusively told In Touch.
To make matters worse, reports are surfacing that Jeremy will soon be filing for divorce. If his recent post on Twitter is any indication, looks like this split might already be in the works.
Radar Online reported the pair's financial issues.
