Javi Marroquin is no longer staying mum about his split from Teen Mom 2 star Kailyn Lowry — and just made a crazy revelation about what REALLY drove them apart.

The father-of-one hopes to share “what she actually did that ended the marriage” in a tell-all, which he hinted might have been her plastic surgery transformation.

“I knew her surgery would change her,” Javi told Radar about the tummy tuck and Brazilian butt lift she underwent in January.
