Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans might’ve aired out more information about her finances than she wanted.
When Nikkole Paulun, who was featured on 16 & Pregnant, described the Teen Mom series as "fake" in a Facebook post, the reality star took to her own Facebook account to defend herself and clear the air of any misconceptions about being on reality tv.

In a series of now-deleted posts, the reality star responded by explaining the many day-to-day financial difficulties young mothers face. “We financially struggle as well…everyone thinks our lives are full of money.”

“We pay hundreds of thousands in taxes every year, we cannot get government assistance, if we go to school we pay in full and cannot get financial aid,” she continued. “… [We] can’t get WIC, food stamps and section 8. If your credit is bad like mine then you cannot finance even a car for your family and take more money to buy a car in full.”
The teen mom is no stranger to using her Facebook account to voice her opinion. Just recently she shared a not-so-nice post following her pregnancy bombshell, in which she said her fans “disgust her.”
