Call it perfection! Taylor Swift just dropped her latest single — “Call It What You Want” — form her upcoming album, Reputation. The first slow song released in anticipation of her sixth studio album includes a lot of lyrics that have left fans wondering: “Who is this song about?”

With lyrics like, “And I know I make the same mistakes every time / Bridges burn, I never learn, at least I did one thing right / I did one thing right,” it’s no wonder why people are calling the already number-one song “her best love song yet.”

Before the song was even released a lot of fans drew parallels between “Call It What You Want” and her Fearless era hit, “Love Story.” Lyrics like “My castle crumbled overnight” and “You don’t need to save me” bring back memories of her crossover hit. When she was young she called her romance a “love story” but now she strongly declares people to “call it what you want.” That’s one of the reasons fans are convinced this is a happy-in-love song about her current relationship with boyfriend Joe Alwyn.

“Nobody’s heard from me for months” is definitely a reference to the period of time after she performed at a Super Bowl party in February when she disappeared and stayed under the radar for the rest of 2016. She reportedly secretly began dating Joe in late 2016.

But, what’s even more convincing that her latest song is about her beau is the timeline. She sings, “I recall late November, holdin’ my breath / Slowly I said, ‘You don’t need to save me / But would you run away with me?'” After she released her last song — “Gorgeous” — fans who attended her Secret Session listening parties wrote on Tumblr that Taylor said the song was about “her angel boyfriend of one year.” Hmmm… that means that they probably started dating around fall of 2016 which fits the above lyric.

Plus, there’s always the lyric: “My baby’s fit like a daydream / Walking with his head down / I’m the one he’s walking to” which directly calls out the fact that they notoriously walked with their heads down to hide from the paparazzi. But honestly, who the song is about isn’t nearly as important as what the song is about. And the song is about love — Taylor is clearly in love! And her fans couldn’t be happier for her.
