Music executive Suge Knight has been arrested and charged with murder after he was involved in a fatal hit-and-run in LA on Jan. 29.
Though a lawyer for the 49-year-old admits the former CEO of Death Row Records was behind the wheel when he ran over and killed an unidentified 55-year-old man, Knight’s attorney James Blatt maintains the act was “completely unintentional.”

After investigating, the LAPD aren’t buying it. During a press conference held yesterday after the incident, they said three men were injured after two fights — one on a movie set, the next at a nearby burger joint — before the car driven by Knight backed up and ran over the victim twice before fleeing.
According to 'TMZ,' one of the crucial factors is that witnesses allege Knight threw his car in reverse twice — which leads them to believe he was aiming to strike one of the men.
Additionally, one of the three men struck by the vehicle says he was in an altercation with Suge prior to the incident — which further proves it may have been intentional.

Knight turned himself in to authorities in the early hours of the morning on Jan. 30. After interviewing the controversial exec, they formally arrested him and charged him with murder.
Bail has been set at $2 million.
His attorney, Blatt, continues to maintain his innocence, telling the Associated Press, “We are confident that once the investigation is completed, he will be totally exonerated.”
