Adult star Stormy Daniels opened about her 2006 affair with president Donald Trump exclusively to In Touch in 2011 (before she was allegedly paid $130,000 to stay quiet), and while the bombshell interview is chock full of shocking details, we can’t help but cling to the comparison Trump drew between Stormy and his daughter Ivanka Trump.

Stormy revealed that she and Trump met up several times in the years following their original sexual encounter, and that she found him “pretty fascinating.” Some of the “really good banter” they enjoyed came to involve his children, including this creepy tidbit: “He once told me that I was someone to be reckoned with, beautiful and smart just like his daughter.”

First of all, comparing the woman you’re sleeping with to your child is creepy on its own, but how must Ivanka feel to hear that her own dad is drawing parallels between you and an XXX actress? Yikes.

Of course, this is far from the first time Trump has weirded out Americans with the way he treats his daughter. We all remember that weird hip caress at the Republican National Convention in 2016. Then there’s this gem of a quote from The View in 2006: “Ivanka posing for Playboy would be really disappointing… not really. But it would depend on what was inside the magazine…I don’t think Ivanka would [do a nude shoot] inside the magazine, Although she does have a very nice figure. I’ve said that if Ivanka weren’t my daughter, perhaps I’d be dating her.” So, yeah, somehow in this crazy world, comparing his daughter to his porn star mistress actually isn’t the creepiest thing Trump has ever said.

“President Trump once again vehemently denies any such occurrence, as has Ms. Daniels,” Trump’s personal lawyer Michael Cohen insisted.
