Earlier today, an audio recording surfaced containing 7th Heaven star Stephen Collins allegedly confessing to child molestation—by admitting on tape that he exposed himself to young girls on multiple occasions.
And now he’s facing serious repercussions.
The 67-year-old has reportedly been fired from Ted 2—Seth MacFarlane’s highly anticipated sequel starring Amanda Seyfried and Mark Wahlberg. He was also removed as a co-director from the website for the Committee For Stress-Free Schools.

Additionally, he stepped down as a board member for the Screen Actors Guild.
A rep for the TV Guide Network has also confirmed the network will no longer be running repeats of 7th Heaven in light of the recent controversy.
The biggest breakthrough in the case came when one of the victims—thought to be a relative of his first wife—broke her silence about their incidents to detectives.
According to TMZ, the young girl often stayed with Stephen and his wife at their apartment in NYC. The actor allegedly would often walk around with nothing but a towel on.
She would sleep in the guest room, where the 67-year-old would wander after showering. She claims he would then expose himself and put her hand on his penis, an incident that allegedly happened on several occasions.
She added she's often pretend to be asleep to avoid his advances.

The victim claims she was watching TV with her husband in the ‘90s when she saw Stephen on the TV—and told her husband about the abuse for the first time. Sometime after that, she sent an anonymous letter to Stephen’s current wife—Faye Grant—warning her that the man she married was a child molester.
Nothing happened, until Faye reached out to the woman in 2011, after Stephen told his wife about the incidents.
“Stephen lied when confronted 12 years ago. He said he had a hole in his holey jeans, as was the style then, and you ‘must have’ seen his genitalia one time,” an email written by Faye, to the victim, allegedly reads. “Stephen is not remorseful, shows no guilt, and his shame is demonstrated as extreme self pity.”
As In Touch previously reported, Stephen’s estranged wife secretly recorded his alleged confession during a therapy session they had as part of their on-going divorce.
Listen to the shocking confession — but be warned, the content can be considered graphic and should be handled as sensitive material for some audiences.
