Stephanie Pratt saw dark days before rising to reality TV fame.
The 29-year-old opened up in her new memoir titled Made in Reality about her battle with addiction, depression, and eating disorders.
“I was 14 or 15 (when I first smoked crystal meth).... I was on the extreme level and addiction developed instantly. (I smoked) probably four times before school, then at snack... probably 12 or 13 times a day,” she wrote in a portion obtained by New magazine.
Stephanie also detailed some cocaine usage, which allegedly made her feel “rebellious and grown up.”
"I didn't care about anything. I could live or die, I didn't care. I had nothing to get out of bed for, nothing was exciting."
Elsewhere in the tell-all, the former MTV star revealed her battle with bulimia.
“I lost about six pounds in two weeks but bulimia made my face very puffy so I freaked out and began going on crazy little diets, like I'd only eat Tic Tacs.”
Today, a single Stephanie lives in London and is seen on Made in Chelsea.
Made in Reality was published on August 13.
