Fans, rejoice! Sister Wives will be returning for Season 12. TLC recently confirmed the unexpected news that the beloved reality series has been renewed, despite the lower-than-usual ratings in Season 11.

“We’ve followed the Browns through plenty of ups and downs, but their story is far from over. We’re excited to share that Sister Wives will return to TLC to continue following the journey of the Brown family,” the network said in a statement. We definitely have a lot to look forward to in the coming season — as we know Kody and Christine‘s daughter Aspyn is engaged to Mitch Thompson. The couple shared the exciting news back in January and allegedly plan to walk down the aisle in June.

In the upcoming season, we might see more of Mariah’s girlfriend, Audrey Kiss, Maddie and Caleb Brush’s baby boy, Axel, and now that Mykelti and Antonio Padron have been married for over a year — that means they fulfilled Kody’s request to wait 365 days after their December 2016 for babies. Could a pregnancy announcement be underway?

The news of the show’s renewal comes on the heels of rumors that Meri was ready to leave the Sisters Wives life behind her, which she adamantly denied on Twitter. “Already starting the night with a blocking spree! Come on guys, I have a family, I’m not bailing! Sheesh!! #SisterWives,” she wrote on Sunday. The long-running show also features Robyn, Janelle, and the family’s 18 children. Life & Style also revealed last week that Kody recently proposed to a 25-year-old woman, however she did not accept.

TLC has yet to announce a season premiere date or any other details.
