Shia LeBeouf has been arrested at the Broadway musical Cabaret after he was caught smoking and being disruptive in the theater during the performance Thursday night.
The Transformers star—who was wearing jeans and a ripped t-shirt—was escorted out by police during intermission and was charged with one count of criminal trespassing and two counts of disorderly conduct.
Shia took poorly to the officer’s restraint and allegedly told cops, “I’ll f--k you up” and used a homophobic slur towards an officer before he was ultimately muzzled with a face mask for spitting, according to one report.
“I have millions and millions of dollars and attorneys,” he reportedly told police. “I’m going to ruin your career.”
One police source claims he “smelled terrible and lied about being in the army.”
This is just the latest in the 28-year-old’s string of unusual and erratic behavior—check out the six months leading up to his arrest.
According to reports out of the UK, the former Disney Channel star got in an argument with a man he met at a London bar.
The fight quickly escalated, as the two threw punches and Shia supposedly threatened to have the man killed.
