Selena Gomez Is Insisting on Going on Tour With The Weeknd, He Feels “Suffocated” (EXCLUSIVE)

Selena Gomez is already causing problems in her new relationship with The Weeknd (whose real name is Abel Tesfaye).

A source close to the couple tells In Touch that they’re having problems because he feels like she’s “suffocating” him — and has even invited herself on his Starboy: Legend of the Fall world tour out of fear that his fans will “throw themselves” at him.

“Selena is paranoid that fans will be throwing themselves at The Weeknd and he’ll be tempted to stray,” an insider tells In Touch. “She’s so scared that she’s threatened to dump him if he doesn’t let her come along on tour.”

This is just the latest in a string of Selena’s problematic behavior that suggests her insecurities may be destroying her budding relationship.

“The Weeknd is starting to feel suffocated by Selena… He likes her, but he feels like she’s moving way too quickly,” the insider says.

While all this may point to a breakup, that may not be the worst thing in the world for the young couple.
