For five seasons, Teen Mom 2 fans have been watching as everyone on the show grows up.
Whether it’s the natural progression as the babies become toddlers, or the emotional transition to adulthood for the mothers—there’s no denying all of the stars have undergone serious change since the show premiered in January 2011.
And now one of the stars, Chelsea Houska, is flaunting a physical transformation—by showing off her seriously slimmed-down physique!
The 22-year-old looks hotter than ever—and is even fitter than before she had Aubree, 4—after vowing to get in shape nearly a year ago.
According to a friend of the reality TV starlet, the transformation began after she cut baby daddy Adam Lind out of her life last spring—and let’s just say she kicked him out… literally.
“Chelsea goes to the gym 4-5 times a week,” her pal tells Radar. “She loves kickboxing, cardio and weightlifting.”
The friend adds she prefers to take group classes in her native Sioux Falls, S.D., rather than working out alone.

“She gets her butt kicked every time, but in a good way!”
It turns out her friends aren’t the only ones taking part in the cosmetologist’s healthy new lifestyle! In addition to working out, Chelsea has made a change to her diet—and encourages her daughter to eat healthily as well!
“Chelsea cooks nutritious meals for herself and Aubree,” the friend says. “She makes veggie juices every morning. And little Aubree loves her broccoli!”
Wow! Can you say every parent's dream come true?
“Chelsea knows it’s important to teach her daughter about living well,” the friend shares. “Sometimes, Aubree watches Chelsea work out and tries to imitate what she’s doing. It’s so cute!”
So these new habits have led to not only a rockin’ body, but also fun and educational opportunities for mother/daughter bonding? Sounds like a parenting win!
