Scott Peterson Describes Life With Laci Peterson in Chilling Letters (EXCLUSIVE)

In Touch has exclusively obtained bizarre letters from Scott Peterson — the 44-year-old who is on death row for murdering his wife, Laci Peterson, and unborn child — where he reminisces about happy times with Laci.

Scott sent the letters a few years ago to a California mother named Linda, who asked that In Touch not print her last name.

The few times he mentions his late wife to Linda, he makes their marriage sound idyllic. He talks about how easy it was to run their San Luis Obispo, CA, restaurant, The Shack, and how much they enjoyed entertaining.

“Laci and I loved having people over,” he writes in the letters. “We were always happy when our pool was filled with friends, the grill was smoking, and the outside fridge was being emptied.”

“I believe that enjoying entertaining led us to opening our restaurant,” Scott continues. “It is like hosting a gathering every night, but one gets to make money off it. What a deal!”

Linda says she wrote Scott because she “was fascinated by his case and I had always wondered what it is like to be on death row. I was pretty sure he was guilty, but I wanted to know what was going through his mind,” Linda says. But she wasn’t fooled. She explains she found their correspondence “chilling.”

As In Touch previously reported, Scott is living a shockingly comfortable life behind bars, where he spends his time playing basketball and chowing down on smoked scallops, oysters, granola, multivitamins, and sugar-free honey.

“I think his letters show he is clearly a pathological liar who thought he could get away with murdering his wife,” Linda says.
