He may call himself a Lord, but Scott Disick certainly didn’t act like a gentleman at a club appearance in Houston on May 25. The reality star was paid a large appearance fee to show up at the Mark Club to celebrate his 30th birthday, but an eyewitness tells In Touch that he certainly wasn’t in the mood to party.
“Scott and his entourage arrived at 12:15 a.m. and went directly to their section near the DJ booth on the lower level of the club,” the eyewitness says. “But when they got there and the clubgoers started taking pictures, Scott just looked away from the sea of people with their cameras flashing.”
Kourtney Kardashian’s baby daddy, who’s battled problems with alcohol in the past, only sipped water all night and spent most of his time texting on his phone. “He seemed totally unengaged the whole time he was there,” the onlooker says. “He didn’t speak to the crowd over the mic, he just stood in his section and talked to his friends.”
At around 1 a.m. the meet-and-greets began – fans had paid $300 each for the chance to meet Scott and take a picture with him, but “he didn’t speak to the people and barely made eye contact with them,” the eyewitness says. “He didn’t touch or hug them and did not engage with them at all.”
One of the girls who went up to meet Scott tells In Touch, “When I asked for a second picture, he said no. Scott was very rude.”
The father-of-two barely cracked a smile when the promotion team brought him his birthday cake, which was topped with a gold crown on the top and sparklers, and just before 2 a.m., less than two hours after he arrived, Scott and his five friends made a beeline for the side door and hopped into their waiting SUV.
