Shortly after it was reported he was leaving reality TV to focus on his sobriety, a source close to Scott Disick reveals he’s speaking to an addiction specialist to help him achieve sobriety in an effort to save his relationship with Kourtney Kardashian.
According to the insider, he’s willing to do 'whatever it takes' to save his family.

“Scott is working really hard with his therapist and is seeking an addiction specialist to overcome his alcoholism,” the source says. “Kourtney couldn’t be any happier with her man right now.”
As ‘In Touch’ previously reported, Scott cracked under the pressure of having a new baby and a failing relationship. But since vowing to get sober — and stay clean — in 2015, he’s stopping at nothing to be the best father he can be for his three children, and he believes a specialist, who can give him one-on-one attention, will be his best bet.

“He does not want to do the 12-step method or AA because of the fact that it is really not a problem of anonymity any more,” the source says. “He thinks people will sell him out any chance they get. Scott trusts no one aside from Kourtney, Khloé and a few close friends.”

And so far, he’s stuck to his resolution.
“They ended up spending New Year’s Eve together at home with their family,” the insider tells Radar. “Kourtney didn’t want to put Scott into a situation where he could be tempted to drink.”
