All seems to be well again for Scott Disick, who was hospitalized on Aug. 18. After receiving a 911 call from the reality star’s security guard, firefighters were dispatched to Scott’s home in LA’s Hidden Hills neighborhood. “He was violent, so we requested backup assistance,” LA County Fire Fighter Specialist Richard Licon tells In Touch exclusively. Scott, 34, “was completely out of it, and it was bad,” adds an insider. “This was unlike any other situation anyone has seen with Scott before. He wasn’t making any sense when he was talking, and there was a fear that he was going to do something unsafe.”

Scott was removed from his home on a stretcher and taken to a local hospital, where he was placed on an involuntary psychiatric hold, known as a 5150. (In California, a person can be placed on the hold for up to 72 hours if he poses a threat to himself or others.) When he was released, Scott — who has struggled with drug and alcohol abuse for years — seemed “fine,” says the insider. But Scott hasn’t learned his lesson. Less than two weeks later, he was spied partying at Marquee nightclub at The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas before jetting to NYC ahead of New York Fashion Week.

His ex Kourtney Kardashian, 38, is worried. “She wants him to be OK for the sake of their kids [Mason, 7, Penelope, 5, and Reign, 2],” says the insider, adding that while Scott was in the hospital, Kourt rushed to be by his side. “She plans to do whatever she can to help him.” Added the source, “Scott can’t continue to live like this.”
