Scott Disick Checks Into Rehab for “Addiction”-Related Issues

Scott Disick has checked into a rehab facility in Costa Rica today, March 16, to address his addiction issues head on.

In a statement released by the Rythmia Life Advancement Center in Costa Rica, the 31-year-old said, “I realized my issues are bigger than me and I’m ready to truly remedy this struggle I continue to battle."

Kourtney Kardashian's baby daddy adds, "While I have been unconvinced in the past of treatment and therapy methods, Rythmia’s rehab approach puts my worries at ease. As a press release for the center notes, the iboga plant is "used to treat a variety of addictions and has been an effective form of treatment."

This is not Scott's first stint in rehab. He most recently sought treatment last summer, as seen on ‘Kourtney and Khloé Take the Hamptons.’

He also checked into an outpatient rehab facility in 2010 for counseling related to his “alcohol abuse and psychological issues.”
