Britney Spears' former BFF and onetime manager, Sam Lutfi, has agreed to stay away from the singer until July 31. Sam was issued a restraining order in February after Brit's mom, Lynne Spears, accused him of drugging the singer. Restraining orders can be extended up to five years, according to legal experts. In the meantime, Britney's father, Jamie, and a lawyer retain their conservatorship of her estate until July 31, when it will be reviewed by the court. Their control is expected to be extended.
