Some paparazzi managed to hit new dad Ryan Reynolds’ stupidly handsome face and perfectly chiseled body with a car on Friday, April 10.
A publicist for the new dad told E!, “While walking, Ryan was struck by a paparazzi driving a car through an underground parking garage. The man fled the scene. Ryan is OK.”

Police in the 38-year-old’s native Vancouver (where the accident took place) confirmed he was hit but uninjured, adding that they “have an idea” of who was driving at the time.
Fortunately, Blake Lively’s main man appears to be in good spirits following the accident. When a reporter for the local news, CBC, tweeted Ryan asking him to talk to the station about how he was doing following the “hit and run,” Ryan’s reply was a joke (naturally).

“Hey [Ryan], the CBC wants to know how you are doing after being hit by a car. Can you call (604) 662-6990,” one reporter tweeted the ‘Deadpool’ actor. He jokingly replied, “Put ‘Beachcombers’ back on the air and I’ll call.”
We guess he’s one Canadian who just really, really misses the dramedy that ran on the station for 19 seasons…
Well, your move, CBC…
