Finally some good news for Adam Lind! According to a new report, the restraining order against the Teen Mom 2 star has been dismissed by his ex-girlfriend, Brooke Beaton, who filed for an order of protection after he allegedly threatened her family.
A spokeswoman for South Dakota’s Lake County Court says, “It was dismissed based on the request of the petitioner.”
A source close to Brooke says she no longer felt threatened by the 23-year-old.

“She dropped it because he left her alone,” the source explains.
“He respected her wishes and as long as he continues to do that, they won’t have a problem.”

But the dropped order of protection doesn’t mean Adam is in the clear, legally. On Dec. 9, he pleaded not guilty to domestic stalking charges stemming from a Nov. 28 altercation with Brooke — for which he’s expected to appear in court on Feb. 4.
Additionally, it has been reported his two baby mamas — Chelsea Houska and Taylor Halbur — plan on joining forces in a custody battle to keep the construction worker from seeing his daughters, 5-year-old Aubree and 14-month-old Paislee.
