According to Rebel Wilson, Zac Efron might give Eminem a run for his money!“Something people might not know about him is he's a really good freestyle rapper,” Rebel, 27, says of her friend Zac, 25. “Like, really good. Like, he could go in and battle!"The pair have been hanging out since November 2012 when they first appeared together at an LA Lakers game. This means the actress has had plenty of time to get to know the hunky Hairspray star— and plenty of time to hear him spit some serious beats.
"I remember when I met him, we were both guests on The Ellen Show," the Bridesmaids star recalls. "I was rapping on that show he kind of knew I could rap, and then he wanted to show me his rap skills -- and he's, like, really good. Like, I'm not exaggerating. He must practice."
NEWS: Rebel to Host MTV's Movie AwardsAnd Rebel, who’s no stranger to showcasing her chops on the big screen (Pitch Perfect, anyone?), says it would be "friggen sweet" to release a rap track with her pal.But before the Australian star hits the studio with the heartthrob, they’ll have to find time for their schedules to sync up!
"We have each other's numbers," Rebel says. "But he's busy -- he's about to do a movie called Townies with Seth Rogen.”
As for Rebel, she’s busy filming a new comedy series called Super Fun Night and gearing up to host the MTV Movie Awards on April 14.
We know it might not happen anytime soon, but a Zac-Rebel collaboration is one we're definitely holding out for.
